Blue Arrow Pools, LLC  ·  Last updated: October 2, 2026

Pool service shouldn’t come with surprises, and that includes what happens to your information. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, who sees it, and the choices you have.

The short version

  • We collect what we need to quote, schedule, and service your pool, and to bill you correctly.
  • We don’t sell your personal information.
  • We share it only with the vendors that help us run the service, such as payment processing and website hosting, or when the law requires.
  • You can ask us to correct or delete your information, and stop texts at any time.

Information we create while servicing your pool

Water test results, the treatments we apply, visit dates and times, notes, and photos of your pool and equipment. We use these to prepare your service reports and keep a record of your pool’s history.

Information collected automatically on our website

When you visit our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the site that referred you, and your approximate location. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies” below). [CONFIRM: name the analytics tool you use, such as Google Analytics, or delete this sentence if you use none]

Our Toolkit and calculators

The calculators in our free Pool Owner Toolkit run in your web browser. The numbers you type into them, such as pool volume or CYA, are not sent to us or saved.

Quote requests

When you request a quote, we collect the contact and pool details you enter so we can prepare it. [CONFIRM: what the Instant Online Quote form collects, where it is sent, and who can see it]

3How We Use Your Information

  • To prepare quotes, schedule visits, and provide your pool service.
  • To bill you correctly and process payments.
  • To send your visit summaries, reminders, billing notices, and safety or service updates.
  • To keep service records and spot changes in your pool’s chemistry over time.
  • To answer your questions and support requests.
  • To operate, secure, and improve our website and services, and to prevent fraud or misuse.
  • To comply with the law and enforce our agreements.

We use your information for these purposes and not for unrelated ones. If we ever send promotional messages, we’ll give you an easy way to opt out.

4Calls and Text Messages

We may call or text you about your service, such as scheduling, visit reports, billing, and safety notices. When you give us your mobile number, ask us to text you, or text us first, you agree that we may text you about your service. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to stop texts, or tell us by phone or email. We won’t send marketing texts without your consent. [CONFIRM: that this matches how you actually text customers, and the number of messages to expect]

5Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, remember your settings, and understand how the site is used. Our site may also save copies of pages in your browser so it loads faster, including on a slow connection. You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as well without them. [CONFIRM: list anything else you use, such as embedded maps or videos, a chat widget, or advertising pixels, and add a cookie banner if you use analytics or ads]

6Payments

If you pay by ACH or card, your payment details are handled by our payment processor, [CONFIRM: processor name]. [CONFIRM: that you do not store full card or bank account numbers yourself] Your authorization for automatic payments, and any processing fees that apply, are described in your service agreement.

7How We Share Information

We don’t sell your personal information. [CONFIRM: also true if you run advertising pixels, which can count as sharing; if so, change this sentence] We share it only in these ways:

  • Service providers that help us run the business, such as website hosting, payment processing, email and text messaging, scheduling or accounting software, and analytics. They may use your information only to provide their services to us. [CONFIRM: name the main ones you use]
  • Specialists when a job calls for one, such as leak detection or heater repair. We share only what’s needed for that job, such as your address and a description of the issue.
  • Legal and safety reasons, such as responding to a lawful request, protecting someone’s safety, or enforcing our agreements.
  • A business change, such as a sale or merger of the company, in which case your information would stay protected by this policy.
  • With your permission, for example if you ask us to share a report with your property manager.

8How Long We Keep It

We keep your information while we’re providing service and for a reasonable time afterward, for records, taxes, disputes, and legal requirements. [CONFIRM: your retention periods, for example how long you keep billing records and service reports] When we no longer need it, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.

9How We Protect It

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and we limit access codes and customer records to the people who need them to serve you. No website or system is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your information, we’ll notify you as the law requires.

10Your Choices and Rights

  • Ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you.
  • Stop texts by replying STOP, or stop emails using the unsubscribe link.
